Before PILA was a platform, it was รวมคนรักพิลาทิส — Pilates Lovers Community, a Facebook group where Pilates instructors, studio owners and clients traded job leads, client referrals, equipment recommendations and clinical know-how, for free, because that's what a community does. The name comes straight from the word itself — PILAtes — and carries that same community forward, so the trust and generosity we found there reaches the whole Thai Pilates industry, not just the members who were already in the group.
