Haus of Pilates (Nasa Street, Ramkhamhaeng) is hiring a Studio Admin to look after clients and help the studio grow. Main duties: class bookings and client appointments, replying to clients on LINE and social media, welcoming clients and check-in / check-out, basic paperwork and payments, coordinating with instructors and the teaching schedule, following up after trial classes, recommending packages and helping close course sales. Who they are looking for: friendly and service-minded, a clear and polite communicator, responsible and detail-oriented, comfortable with LINE, Instagram and Google Sheets. Admin, sales, reception or studio experience is a plus. No Pilates experience needed.
