The Pilates Method @ House of Cheeva in Bangkok has announced the next modules of Simona Cipriani's Art & Science of Contrology (ASC) Pilates Instructor Training, and a Pre-Apprenticeship Program for people starting out in classical Pilates.
ASC Pilates Instructor Training: module dates
- Module 1: 18–20 November 2026
- Module 3: 27–29 November 2026
- Module 2: March 2027 (exact dates to be confirmed)
The organiser describes the full ASCPIT programme as 650 hours, with a strong emphasis on movement principles built through Pre-Pilates: re-patterning everyday movement habits, connecting the powerhouse with breathing and alignment, and developing body awareness of the deep muscles.
Pre-Apprenticeship Program (75 hours)
Presented as a first step into Contrology, the programme combines 1:1 sessions, group matwork and a Contrology bootcamp.
