"Physio, What Next?": a Pilates career workshop for physiotherapists, 24 October 2026
A 3-hour workshop at iRIYA Physio / Pilates in Bangkok with Dr. Wararom Kanchanasamut, a physiotherapist and rehab Pilates teacher, on Pilates as another career path for physios.
"Physio, What Next?" (Physio, แล้วไงต่อ?) is a small, 3-hour workshop for physiotherapists who are curious about Pilates, on Saturday 24 October 2026, at iRIYA Physio / Pilates in Bangkok.

Who is speaking
Dr. Wararom Kanchanasamut is a physiotherapist with a PhD who treated patients for many years before training seriously in Pilates, on the Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Studio and Rehab course. She found that Pilates opened up her physiotherapy work, and that her physiotherapy knowledge helped her understand Pilates better. The workshop shares her experience of both worlds: what it is like to go from physiotherapist to Pilates teacher.
What it covers
- The Physio x Pilates path
- The advantages a physiotherapist brings to Pilates teaching
- Trying Pilates for yourself, and a realistic picture of the income
In her words, the aim is not to talk anyone into changing careers, but to open up one more option for physiotherapists who are interested in Pilates and looking for their own direction.
Who it is for
New physiotherapists, and physiotherapists looking for their own career path.
