Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Studio/Rehab teacher training in Bangkok, March–August 2027

Polestar Pilates Thailand has opened registration for its next Comprehensive Studio/Rehab teacher training, running from March to August 2027 at its host center The Pilates Bangkok. Polestar Pilates is a teacher-training school from the United States, and its certificate is recognised internationally.

• When: March to August 2027, on weekends, so it suits people who still work full-time
• Where: The Pilates Bangkok (Polestar host center), Bangkok
• Language: English, fully translated into Thai, with course materials in both languages
• Price: 10% early-bird discount until 11 December 2026, and payment plans are available

What the course covers

• Every apparatus in one course: Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel and Spine Corrector. Learning them together shows how the same exercise changes from one piece of equipment to another, and how to choose what suits each person.
• More than 150 exercises and a wide range of training formats.
• Critical thinking rather than memorising: the course teaches a way of reasoning that students can apply to real clients and patients.

Who it is for

Anyone interested in Pilates, including physiotherapists and rehab doctors, yoga teachers, and trainers who want to add Pilates to their teaching. It starts from the basics, so you don't need to be a teacher or have teaching experience.
